Phillip is a native Georgian who fled the mosquitos soon after college graduation. He started his career doing structures and mechanisms R&D at NASA’s JPL in Pasadena, CA, and later jumped into startup culture, in Boulder, CO, and helped develop a vision based autonomous mobile robot (AMR) for use in factories and warehouses. He has broad experience bringing new hardware ideas from the napkin sketch stage into reality. Outside of work, in the winter, he enjoys skiing steep mountain slopes and, in warmer months, the occasional backpacking trip.
